Altos Research provides real estate data coverage of all 100M properties in the U.S. We capture and analyze 250M data points in over 30,000 zip codes each week – 99% of the U.S. real estate market.
The right candidate will have a consistent track record of developing and growing enterprise clients relationships, and have experience and expertise in real estate and/or enterprise data licensing.
Key responsibilities include:
- Develop Business:
- Relentlessly prospect, develop, and close new accounts by conducting discovery and consultative meetings
- Understand prospective customer objectives, challenges, timeline and budget
- Structure, negotiate, and win new deals
- Learn and grow:
- Become an expert on Altos Research data and effectively demonstrate the value
- Apply entrepreneurial and innovative thinking
- Establish and expand knowledge of products, competitors and industry trends
- Collaborate:
- Develop, maintain, and grow relationships with current customers
- Collaborate across the Altos Research team, with leadership and other internal teams
- Be a team player within the Altos Research sales pod, making those around you better
Desired Experience & Skills
- 3+ years of data or software sales and business development with a heavy emphasis on prospecting
- Proven and consistent track record of successful selling, business development, executive level influence, negotiation and exceptional communication & presence
- Self motivated, intensely curious, driven for success with high standards for performance, and delivers results
- Ability to manage multiple opportunities to meet deadlines, setting direction for and ensuring the success of all sales and customer interactions
- Strong acumen in technology and ability to articulate the data’s value proposition
- Bachelor’s degree
- Excellent organizational, administrative, and time management skills
Compensation and Benefits
- Estimated OTE $130,000 includes base + % of sales
- 401k, health and dental insurance, unlimited PTO, paid paternal leave
